This Privacy Policy explains what personal data IyziTrace collects through this website and its customer portal, why, who receives it, and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

The data controller is AntrekLabs, the company behind IyziTrace. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

What we collect and why

Forms on this website

  • **Demo and quote requests.** Your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), your message and, for a quote, the plan you selected. We use it to answer your request and to contact you about it.
  • **Customer portal.** Your name, email, company and a password stored only as a hash, and a session cookie while you are signed in. We use it to run your account and your licences.

    • Collected automatically

  • **Visit statistics.** The pages you open, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, an identifier that lasts for one browser session, and the country and city derived from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself. We use it to understand how the site is used.
  • **Downloads.** Which file and version was downloaded.
  • **Language choice.** A cookie that remembers the language you picked.

    • Telemetry you send to IyziTrace

    If you use IyziTrace itself, the logs, metrics and traces you send are processed on your behalf under the Data Processing Agreement.

    Legal basis

    We process this data to respond to requests you make, to provide the portal you signed up for, and for our legitimate interest in running and securing the website. Where a form asks for your agreement, you give it by ticking the box.

    Who receives it

    Our team, and the service providers that run the site for us, such as hosting and email delivery. Some of them are located outside Turkey, so your data can be transferred abroad to the extent the service needs it, subject to the transfer rules of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698). We do not sell personal data.

    How long we keep it

    For as long as the purposes above require, or as long as the law requires. Request data is deleted or anonymised once it is no longer needed.

    Your rights

    Under article 11 of the KVKK (and, where it applies to you, the GDPR) you can ask us to:

  • tell you whether your personal data is processed, and for what purpose;
  • tell you who it has been transferred to, in Turkey or abroad;
  • correct it if it is incomplete or wrong;
  • delete or destroy it where the conditions in the law are met, and have that passed on to anyone it was transferred to;
  • object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis;
  • claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

    We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit and access control.
